I have studied and worked in the field of human health for over 20 years. 

My interest in promoting self care, innate recovery and the alignment of mind, soul and body has culminated into a deep interest in effective movement of body and gentleness of mind. 

Over many years Yoga has been my teacher, my guide, my sanctuary and my place of self curiosity, discovery, recovery and growth.

I enjoy practicing, developing and teaching organic transition type flows suitable, and adjustable, to suit everybody and every body. I place a strong emphasis on the breath, body and mind relationship to support and encourage self care.
