HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is a fundamental school of yoga that pairs the physical movement, breathwork and meditation. A hatha yoga class may include a flow for warm up, but will also incorporate many moments of silent reflection to go inward.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, mindful, nurturing practice that anyone can do. For the class , the intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. The mind focuses on the breath in order to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle yoga classes is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach hopefully includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT YOGA

Every Wednesday evening at 8 pm. Gentle targeted stretch to encourage deep muscular release followed by a Restorative practice to facilitate the body in resting.

YIN YANG YOGA

Yin/Yang classes on Sunday mornings at 9:30. Classes begin with Pranayama breath work and inward focus, moving into gentle Yin postures before transitioning into Yang style Yoga Asana/flow and ending with a Savasana

YOGA FOR STESS RELIEF

This yoga class is designed to help alleviate stress and promote relaxation through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation techniques. It combines physical postures, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to calm the nervous system and reduce feelings of anxiety.

PILATES

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well
