Sound Bath is a form of healing through the sounds of the instruments played specially for this intention, in a therapy group session or individual session.
When we lay down or sit down with our eyes closed, and receive the sounds played by a therapist or facilitator, we allow our whole cells to download and receive the frequency that is played, enabling meditation, relaxation, releasing emotions that are stuck in many layers of ourselves, including our physical body, our emotional body and our brain.
It helps to change the brain waves transporting the response to our whole body.
It may help to reduce stress, anxiety, worries, anger, frustrations, grief and sadness, boosting our mood, energy levels, reducing fatigue and tiredness.
It improves focus and concentration, grounding and centering.
