Mindful Yoga & Meditation


This workshop consists of the breath awareness practices, yoga postures and sequences connecting mind, body and heart in the present moment. You will be quided in meditation ,focusing on different sensations within the body, breath, thoughts.
Slow mindful Yoga practice will help to stay present creating space for the breath and stillness .
I warmly invite anyone who is looking to learn how to practice yoga mindfully , slow down th mind and relax .
 
The yoga Sutra: ‘Yoga chitta vritti nirodah’ – ‘yoga is the settling of the mind into silence’ is central and yoga philosophy and mindfulness themes are integrated throughout.
